To guarantee the excellency in our processes and services is one of the main objectives of Empresas Y&V. For this reason a Quality System is implanted in all our branches.
This culture of continuous improvement, that fulfills international standards of quality, is what it has allowed us to surpass the expectations of our clients and the certification of our quality system by national and international organisms like Fondonorma and Bureau Veritas Quality international.
During the last year, Procegas received the certification ISO 9001-2000 “Quality Management Systems” granted by Bureau Veritas, being one of the first Venezuelan companies the obtained this recognition in the area of supporting-engineering. Also Yanes & Asociados have been re-certificated under standarts COVENIN ISO 9001-1995, granted by Fondonorma.
The Company promotes is quality systems in all its branches reaching the quality, as a proper recognition to the excellence of its management.
