1. Adjustment of Waste Water Olefins Plant
This project includes engineering and construction of a system to remove hydrocarbons, solids and sulfides of residual waters.
Also it includes the starting of the plant and the training of the personnel who will operate the Olefins Plants.
2. EPC for the Main Station and clusters
This project includes the development of the detail engineering and construction of the Main Station for crude reception, with a production capacity of 200.000 b/d; and 32 clusters, of 6 to 24 horizontal wells each one, located in the production block in San Diego de Cabrutica.
This was the individual contract of greatest spread of Sincor upstream, with an amount of 320 MM$, executed by the Joint Venture CPO- Yanes & Asociados, the Canadian company SNC Lavalin and a local contractor.
3. Residual Water Treatment Plant
This project includes the engineering and construction of The Waste Water Treatment Plant in Ameriven Upgrader Complex in Jose, Anzoategui state.
The treatment plant that will gather the rainwater and waste waters of heavy crude refinement for process more than 1200 gal/min in three main process system: the Accidentally Oily Sewer System (AOS), the Oily Water Sewer system and the High Biochemical Oxygen Demand System (High BOD),
The plant has also a system of mud harvesting and systems for the addition of chemistries and polymers to facilitate the treatment of served waters. This project, for Alvica Group, is developed in a Joint Venture with Eimco Process.
4. SINCOR Administration Complex
This project includes the execution of the Administrator Complex, present seat of SINCOR in the Jose Upgrader, designed on approval of explosions.
The Complex is made up of nine buildings that occupy an approximated area of 16,000 m2 of construction:
Administrative building (approximated area of 3.900 m2)
Maintenance and Deposit building (approximated area of 1.300 m2)
Laboratory building (approximated area of 1.300 m2)
First aid building (approximated area of 340 m2)
Deposit chemistry building (approximated area of 1.800 m2)
Coffee bar building (approximated area of 930 m2)
Clothes building (approximated area of 780 m2)
Main house building (approximated area of 280 m2)

This project was executed in Partnership with Preacero Pellizari company.
5. Flow station and gas compression plant in Mata 8
This projects includes engineering and constructions of flow station and gas compression plant of 40 MMscfd in Mata 8, Perez Companc’s Acema fields.
6. Injection chemistries production facilities
It consists in engineering, construction and initial operation of the equipment and pumps systems for the injection of asfalteno dispersing chemistries in the production pipes of manifold 1, in the Furrial.
7. Extension production facilities Bared-8
It includes the basic engineering design in BARED-8 station unloading, for to increase its operational capacity to handle the considered increase, according to the prognoses of medium production term, in 28 MBPD.
8. Adjustment of Jobo-2 Main station
It includes the design of basic engineering, automatization and adjustment of the dehydration system and processing of oil 40 MBND, in JOBO-2 Main Station.
9. Adjustment of stations and harvesting lines in Acema 100 and Acema 200 Fields
It includes the design of basic engineering in Acema 100-1/100-2/100-3/200-1/200-2/200-3 Station and harvesting lines.
10. Multiphasic pumping station BAREM-2
This project includes the design of basic and conceptual engineering of:
- Construction of Multiphasic pumping station with three sets of 55 MBD pumps
- Laying of unloading line (in an approximated area of 12 x 12 Km)
- Laying of an electrical line (13.8 kv x 4 km)
11. Reception Center and oil mud treatment of high hydrocarbon content
Detail engineering, reception facilities and oil mud treatment originating of cleaning bottoms tanks, cleaning of the Waste Water treatment units, and the possible hydrocarbon spills for contingencies.
