1. SINCOR Administration Complex
This project includes the execution of the Administrator Complex, present seat of SINCOR in the Jose Upgrader, designed on approval of explosions. The Complex is made up of nine buildings that occupy an approximated area of 16,000 m2 of construction:
Administrative building (approximated area of 3.900 m2)
Maintenance and Deposit building (approximated area of 1.300 m2)
Laboratory building (approximated area of 1.300 m2)
First aid building (approximated area of 340 m2)
Deposit chemistry building (approximated area of 1.800 m2)

Clothes building (approximated area of 780 m2)
Main house building (approximated area of 280 m2)

This project was executed in Partnership with Preacero Pellizari company.
2. Radio stations
Engineering and Construction of radio station for cellular telephony in all over the country, contributing with the national cover extension plan developed by our client. We also offered them permissions, execution logistic for each ERB and revision or structural reinforcement and/or design of construction in site for the adjustment of the ERB.

3. The Snack Plant
In Santa Cruz de Aragua was constructed the snack plant. This projects includes the construction of the main shed of processes and the services building, in an approximated area of 6.000 m2.
4. El Tiempo News Paper, new seat
We constructed the new seat of this important newspaper on the east of the country. The first stage was concluded in the year 2000 and the second phase of the project in the middle of the year 2002. The construction included: The rotating building factory, the warehouse building, the administrative building and outer works.
5. Pepsi-Sopresa Bottling plant
The modern Pepsi bottling plant in Zulia state was designed and constructed to a cost of 16 MM $, with an approximated area of three hectares of construction. This project was executed in partnership with Guinand y Brillembourg company.
6. EPC Infrastructure of Radio stations Base, for cellular telephony in Movilnet
Location
Caracas, central states, Andean states and Zulia state constituted the more important centers of location of this one development. Total Radio Constructed Bases: 52 Units.
