This consolidation and new image identifies us in the form of a mature tree, symbolizing the seed that was planted 20 years ago, and shows the strength that as an organization we have reached fulfillment of our objectives, committed to the high standards that has always distinguish us and allowed us to fulfill our vision as a complete organization.

Empresas Y&V reconfirms it's core purpose, that is none other than creating spaces and opportunities, that promote the development of individuals in our society.

Therefore, we choose this occasion to communicate to you important resolutions relating to our organization.

For that reason, precisely, in order to promote our policy of advancing in our organization, we designated Eng. Cesar Chacón as president of Empresas Y&V. While, Eng. Luis Armando Yanes and David Vergara, being fundamental pillars of the company, will continue managing the strategic planning definitions and developing new business opportunities.

In the same way, we ratify our commitment to promote the participation of our employees in sharing stock of Empresas Y&V. Actually the 100% of the stock are owned by 33 share holders, and now we are in the process of incorporating more employees as share holders of Empresas Y&V.

In order to materialize our contribution directly to the society we have decided to donate 10% of the company's profit to the Foundation Y&V, whose principal objective will be attention to abandoned infant and to the education of the needy population.

All these resolutions have the only proposal to continue enriching the terrain, therefore the product of our seed will continue to develop and favore all those with whom we are related to daily.

We have an immense satisfaction to be able to celebrate our 20th anniversary sharing this news with all of you.

We are convinced that in the future we will all share in a universe of opportunities with great success.
