These introductory words to our Web Site can’t be a full of greater meaning. Throughout the years in Empresas Y&V we have kept a continuous growth, feeling and watching the transformation from a 16 m2 offices, with two desks and one shared receptionist, today we have offices in six cities and more than 1000 workers in average, 500 of them are professional, technical, and support personal staff.
We’ve experienced this evolution in 17 years of maintained and hefted growth, where we have taken firm and safe steps toward that leadership position today we share.
We have seen how the diversity of services that we offer and managed has grown on behalf of our clients and their needs, throughout the life of their investment and operation projects. It’s for that we combine opportune efforts with the most recognized companies from the national and international markets, and have incorporated specialized companies to our organization, which working together under the same business and company philosophy, have allowed to reach a unique culture focused on the service offered to our clients.
Considering the challenges that the organization will face I the future, here in Empresas Y&V, we are prepared to continue generating changes and adapting us to the one may occur in the market. It’s because of this we’ll tray to keep our structure dynamic and free of fat. But we are basically facing the future of our organization with a deep inward watch, towards our people, and the attention of their needs.
It’s been a real satisfaction for us to get to this transformation, and to see that we have know how to keep hold on to our principles and always conscious of our roots, understanding that today people like our founders are grouped in our organization, and they don’t hope nothing else more from their work than an opportunity to manage their development and to contribute to the one of their congeners.
We are very pleased of being able to show what at the present time our organization is and we are sure that this success is pride of all to whom these words are dedicated to. Our development would had never been possible without the great effort that our employees have dedicated to the company for all this time, also it wouldn’t had been possible without the support of our clients that in more than an opportunity decided to venture themselves to buy our commitment and to take the risk of being mistaken, and without the confidence of our shareholders that have known how to see and to maintain their view farther than the horizon. But mainly, they have trusted Venezuela and its people.
It’s been for us, from the beginning and it will always be a fundamental commitment to contribute our grain of sand to the development of our society. That’s why we’ve put all our determination and dedication on creating an organization which is and maintains in the time as the vehicle for all those that share this restlessness, find a space where, like us, can give the best thing to serve our society and at the same time to grow and to satisfy their own expectations.
We want to ratify to all our clients that their satisfaction is definitively the mean to get to our goals and have for sure they have been and they will continue being our best allies, and in that sense we’ll continue searching for the ways to adapt and to change our service offers to them, in the way that best fulfils the necessities of their respective organizations.
