Ameriven/GA
(Strategic association of the companies Phillips, Texaco and Pdvsa). Within the Ameriven Upgrader Complex, we worked in the execution of the EPC of The Waste Water Treatment Plant. The Plant that process more that 1200 gal/min consist in three main process systems: The Accidentally Oily Sewer systems (AOS), the Oily Water Sewer systems and the High Biochemical Oxygen Demand system (High BOD).
This project, for Alvica Group, is developed in a Joint Venture with Eimco Process.
British Petroleum (BP)
For BP several projects have been executed, among them the constructions of a gas station in Anzoátegui state; the evaluation and environmental impact assessment in the Padernales and Guarapiche blocks, in Delta Amacuro and Monagas states and from the social point of view with programs on behalf of the Warao indigenous community.
Eni Lasmo
In the year 2001, the Central Control Buildings at the Dación East and West Blocks were constructed, in the southern part of Anzoátegui state. At the moment the engineering services are being made, fundamentally conceptual engineering, as much in oil production as in gas, in support to the second phase of the development plan of the Dación Field.
Pdvsa
For more than one decade, we’ve supported Petroleos de Venezuela in numerous projects in the areas of: production, transport, distribution, gas, petrochemical and coal.
Some of the services that can be emphasized are:
1. Oil and gas production facilities: flow stations, compresion plants, desalting plants, sweetening plants, dehidrating plants, water treatment and injection plants, vapor and liquid recovery plants.
2. Construction of gas stations
3. Enviromental impact studies
4. Operation and maintenance
5. Remediation Services
The executed projects include all the operational areas of the West and East: Maracaibo, Tía Juana, Lagunillas, Anaco, Maturín and San Tome, in addition to Puerto La Cruz and the Paraguaná Refinery Center (Amuay and Cardon).
Perez Companc
In 1998, we established the commercial relation with this client. Some oil and gas projects have been developed in their fields, La Concepción, Leona and Oritupano. The services include basic detail engineering of flow stations, compression plants, from 20 to 110 MMscfd, pipe lines; environmental impact studies and audits; and the construction of oil and gas production facilities.
Petrozuata
(Strategic association of Conoco and Pdvsa)
We were part of this projects in:
1. Execution of basic and detail engineering of the Off Site Buildings in the Upgrader.
2. Engineering and construction of the Operational Buildings and The Support Base in San Diego Cabrutica. This project was executed in partnership with a national contractor.
3. Construction of the Temporary Production Area Facilities, being one of the first contractors working in the zone of San Diego de Cabrutica, southern part of Anzoátegui state.
4. We’ve offered management support, for more than three years, to the personnel of Petrozuata in planning and costs control for the project in a Joint Venture with the British company Franklin & Andrews.
Sincor
(Strategic association of Pdvsa, TotalFinaElf and Statoil)
Empresas Y&V is very satisfied with the participation, through their companies, in three of the EPC contracts granted by this partnership. Executing the main project, the Superficial Production Facilities in San Diego de Cabrutica. This was the individual contract of greatest spread of Sincor upstream, with an amount of 320 MM$, executed by the Joint Venture CPO-Y&V, the Canadian company SNC Lavalin and a local contractor.
This project includes the development of the detail engineering and construction of the Main Station for crude reception, with a production capacity of 200.000 b/d of heavy crude; and 32 clusters, of 6 to 24 horizontal well each one, located in the production block in San Diego de Cabrutica.
We have also participated in the execution of the Administration Complex, present seat of SINCOR in the Jose Upgrader, which is made up of nine buildings that occupy an approximated area of 16,000 m2 of contructions. This projects was executed in Partnership with a national contractor.
The first service for this important client was given in 1998, with the construction of the Temporary Facilities, which were constructed were today is located the Jose Upgrader.
Shell
From the beginning of the operation in the West Urdaneta field in Zulia state, offered management support for the development of this project, QA/QC, costs control, contract planning and administration. This service was offered in partnership with the British company Franklin & Andrews. In the environmental area we participated in the project with consulting services.
Chevron Texaco
Worked in the construction of gas stations in Carabobo and Zulia states.
